GDPR is not a blanket rule: the marketplace principle decides by whose personal data is involved, not by where the server stands — this studio sorts data into 3 layers (A/B/C), and this site itself holds no layer A or B data.
Serving fonts from our own server
An embedded web font transmits every visitor's IP address to the font provider before the page has finished rendering. Munich Regional Court I held in 2022 that this violates the general right of personality. This studio serves its fonts from its own server — as a build decision, not as a consent question.
The approval gate
Content on this site starts as an AI draft; an approval flag anchored in the build stops anything going live without human approval — the approval gate as system mechanics, not as good intentions.
What the build enforces
