Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission no longer provides a platform for online dispute resolution; the former ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A reference to it therefore no longer belongs in an imprint.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
